Howdy, I tried making smoked tomatoes with the Bradley a couple of weeks ago and man did they turn out good. I simply cut them in half and spiced them with fresh minced garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper and a little tobasco and smoked them for 2 hours with the heat cranked. Then I take them out of the smoker, drizzle with a little good olive oil and keep them in the fridge. Whenever I make spagetti sauce or chili, I mince 1 or 2 up and toss them in. Makes killer chili with another layer of flavour.
