Cajun Cooking Documentary

Meant to post this last night...

Just got Direct TV (Gawwwwwwwd, I HATE COMCAST)...
Anyhooooooooo....

Was going through the guide (on the GARAGE TV --- did I mention how that didn't get a PICTURE with the illustrious Comcast "XFINITY"?)...
Anyhooooooooo....

(It's hard not to DIGRESS on this story...)

So, I see this channel "DOC" (looks like it just has documentaries) and they have this interesting looking show coming on...
It was something about Louisiana/Cajun food --- I thought there might be recipes...
Turns out, it's about local restaurants, the people that work there, and the customers.

This one place has this BIG old guy that owns the joint...
After showing a clip of a customer (good-sized fella) that said "You don't leave here hungry", they talk to the owner...
He says, "Yeah, we feed ya good portions.  If you leave here hungry, we don't even want you for a customer, 'CAUSE YOU JUST TOOOOOOOO BIG"...
That guy made me spit my Maker's.
Awrighten.
