I went to the store to purchase spices to make Nepas Slim JimsĀ© and Picked up the Marjorum-$8.00, then found the celery seeds-$8.00 then another spice was $9.00 thats when I carefully put all the spices back on the shelf in there special little slide down slots and went and got a London broil for Jerky ;D .
So I sliced it all up and concocted a Bourbon and coke induced Brine consisting of 1/2 cup of Dales,1/2 cup of lea & perrins worstchesire, 1/2 cup of Honey, TB of Brown sugar, TB of Johnnys seasoning and 1/2 tsp of cure#1.

Then I put it all in a vaccum marinade container and pulled all the air out and played like I was a Reveo for 20 minutes ;)

Soaked it overnight and racked it all up

Then I went and placed the flag on the front Stoop, Thanks for all that served!!!!!

Now its gettin some Hickory smoke as I type.

Check back later for the finished pics ;)
