Can't Wait To Start Smoking

Well I'm new to the smoking and finally caved in a bought the 4 rack digital which I can't wait to start smoking. I've never smoked a thing in my life so I'm sure I will have more then enough questions to ask.

I wasn't sure which accessories to pick up so I ended up grabbing the Salmon & Jerky racks, digital thermometer and the receipe book Vol 1.

Can't wait to hear some good advise and to start showing pics of my progress.

Welcome Murd0c... to a very informative forum, we have a very knowledgeable group that will be more then willing to help you anyway they can..questions are welcome and there are no stupid questions here, if you have the time, read as much as you can, the forum has a wealth of information..

awesome thanks for those links. I'm from BC Canada so hopefully the Salmon run is half as good as last year so I can start making Indian Candy and regular smoked. Right now I'm mainly excited about ribs and brisket of course. Luckily I live only 30mins from Bradley's head office so I will be able to get my orders in a day or two.

What part of BC a you from, there are a lot of us here from BC. Welcome you will have a blast with your Bradley, the pink run this year should be great and they make great candy.

I live in Surrey and work in Poco. The pink should have a great run this year the g/f works for DFO so she says the number's should be large.
