Slow Smoker

Hello members, [:D]I received my Bradley on Friday Oct. 7th. after ups finally delivered the 3rd one un-damaged. Those guys must take a beating with all the gorillas handling the merchandise. Anyway, i just love it[^] I thought i was happy with my old New Braunsfield smoker but after seeing Smokehouse Rob's setup last Month [:0]I sold my smoker and bought the Stainless smoker,Guru with Raptor and a Maverick 73 and of course some of Rob's Stainless Steel racks [8)]man those sure are handy. Friday i seasoned it for 2 hours with 6 pucks and on Sunday i smoked 3 racks of baby's with the advice of the forum that i had read from Oldman, 4 hours of smoke at 190-204 degrees and used Hickory and a couple of Cherry pucks.
and then FTC with apple juice for 3 hours at 214 degrees. I had trouble cutting them because the meat just [maroon]fell off the bones maroon]but we ate them anyway[8D] I have been reading the posts for a Month now and sure appreciate everyones input and helpfullness with all the members questions. This is going to be real exciting to be able to have so much control and not using so much wood like my old system. Thanks again, Steve

I might be SLOW but i am
ineffecient :O)

It looks like you're starting out with EVERYTHING. The Guru and raptor are on my list of wants. The Bradley Smoker has been a great smoker. I hope you enjoy and get a lot of use out of it.
