So everyone says im nuts !

So i am making some CT nuts

and the nuts

And a dusting of a new rub i grabbed so we will see its Can Cooker onion pepper seasoning

I used all 4 racks in my OBS

After being gone for a week i fired up the Green Mountain Grill also for some Cordon Blue chicken things  ;D


Motel wouldn't let me grill so I'm maken up for it ;D

After about 1 hour and 40 minutes this is what we got some cheese loss

and the little one is good and sealed

and my smokey nuts ;D
