Getting the meats ready for the smokeout.

Brisktes and butts i will put in the fridge so they thaw by monday.



Assorted sausages and bologna i will take out on thursday. Homemade brats, elk, venison brats  ;D









Did i mention i have some cheese we can cut open to  ;D

Holy Cow Rick, thats gonna be one big shin dig ;D I see the corner of that Crescor smoker in the cheese pick. Food service at work rolled eight of them right outside my office door that are going to surplus and they wont even sell me one due to the "RULES" >:( Thats ok we'll see how long it takes to get them a key next time they want one made :D :D :D Rules are meant to be bent ;D

Mmmmm I can't wait to try the Lebanon and the elk sticks, oh yea also the kielbasa and also..................  ;D ;D ;D
I'm going to bring some 'roasted garlic cheddar' and some 'Cooper Sharp' I smoked a while back along with the BIG batch of BBQ green beans.

Well I guess I will have to stop eating around Wednesday this week..lol.. :D

The plan is to drive in. Miss Vicky is riding along so I will probably make it a short trip and get there as soon as possible!!
