SRF Poke Shoulder that Hal, Larry & Pat sent.

22 hours i didnt sleep all night and checked the IT every 20-30 mins. Last check was 197 and i freaked. Couldnt pull it from the MAK 2nd tear grate so i just took the whole grate to the cutting board.






Shank and shoulder bones pulled right out.

WOW!  Looks like everybody had a great time!  The wheelbarrow pics are priceless!

Tons of great looking food.  If Mrs KyNola had been there, you would have needed more crawfish! :D  That gator looked mighty tasty too.  Glad you enjoyed the shoulder.

This particular weekend in June is always tough for me. Our Anniversary is on the 25th, work is always busy this time of year and with a 3 week old at home it made it even tougher this time around. But I will make it up one of these times.
