I'm waiting on my Bradley 4 rack Digital smoker to arrive, hopefully this Friday? Lord willing UPS will be on time with their tracking. I have minor smoking experience with charcoal/wood smokers. But, I can't wait, I am getting excited. I've read many posts on the forum and it just makes the waiting harder. Smokers rule, smoked foods make me drool! :o

I seemed to have misplaced Bullwhip. But other than that all us Zonies are armed and serious! Lol

Thanks for the advise. But not a lot scares off this old zonie. I'm not sure I'll even need the 4 rack, I'm working on a plan to just hang the slabs outside and use the smoke generator. I'm just haven't quite figured out, if I should be in the shade or the full sun?

Enough of that.

My Smoker arrived today!!!! Set it up, got it seasoning now. Heading off to the store to shop for the first round of ribs. Wish me luck. I'll let you know how they turn out.
