Using my AMNS cold smoker in my Bradley cold smoke box to deliver the smoke to the cheese.

Assorted cheeses....Yeah i know, smokes better with wrappers off.....DUH

Cheese is in.

My AMNS with BM Apple pellets.

Using LOOFT LIGHTER to start pellets. Doing the starting on my smokehouse rack.

AMNS is in the Bradley cold smoke box and cheese is getting smoke.

Going to help the smoke thru the box.

Cheese is done and ready for wrapping.

Cheaper to wrap in plastic many times. Vac bags get expensive.

The AMNS was still smoking when i took it from the Bradley cold box.

Plastic wrap and into a zip bag works great.

NEPA the movie star/director/editor extraordinaire!
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?
