Due to work and family issues, I have not been on the forum much at all.  Pat aka SquirttheCat sent me a message a few weeks back saying he used the hatch green chili's I sent him.  Glad you enjoyed them Pat.  Pat asks if I need any Starnes.  Well it could not have come at a better time.  All my neighbors are now hooked on pulled pork and Starnes!  Only bad thing is I am the only who makes pulled pork and has Starnes!

STC hooked me up with a few bottles and a refill of Soileau's.  Can't wait to try the chili seasoning from Saoileau's.

That dang cat squirter got me hooked on Soileau's too!!! I use that on everything.  :)

I can make some killer chicken stuff even 10.5 would like.  :D
