In-laws 50 wedding Anniversary

The chicken and ribs were a big hit.  They wanted the ribs to fall of the bones when you bit into them but still be moist.  Smoked with hickory for 2.5 hours, wrappped in foil with beer, meet down for 3 hours, back in grill for 1 hour with bbq sause.  Nothing but a pile of bones left, just needed a bigger smoker so I could have cooked more.

All that grub looks GREAT!

That chicken looks very moist, the skin looks delish and the ribs look awesome.

Thats always a good sign when theres only bones left.  ;D
