Hello to all you forum members.  I purchased an OBS three months ago and have had nothing but excellent results.  But I can not take all of the credit.  I found this forum by chance and I have been a "hidden visitor for about four months.  (I guess that this is one of the factors that lead me to get a Bradley Smoker.)  I have found that almost every question or concern is answered by the wealth of knowledge that you forum members have. I am looking forward to posting with the rest of the members and again welcome from Idaho.
