I was at the local piggly wiggly today picking up some ribs for my weekly rib experiment and noticed bottom round roasts on sale for 1.99 a pound. Well I thought to myself I haven't made any jerky in a few months so I might as well make some! I sliced one roast for strips and one for nuggets.

Hey daddy what ya doin? That sure smells yummy!

For The nuggets I added two teaspoons of cayenne into the mix of high mountains black pepper and garlic jerky kit. The strips just got plain high mountain pepper and garlic spices.

Mixed and ready for an overnight rest in the fridge before smoking tomorrow.

This is one of my favorite things to make in the Bradley!
