Seems my batches are getting larger. Started with 5-10 lbs. Now looking at 20. My hands might not work so good for that. So how do you guys larger10 - 20lb batches or larger?

You could get a Kirby Mixer. Get a hold of Pikeman. He's a great guy!!!
