I had some leftover brisket from last week.

The other day KyNola post an awesome looking sandwich using brisket. It looked so go I thought - I'm trying a version of that.

So I got my ChefChoice 610 out and sliced the brisket.

Placed the brisket down first and then covered with a dash of apple juice and peppers.

Started my Bradley combo up...

First I placed two mesquite bisquettes in the SG and then set my PID to 230f.

I placed the foiled pocket into upper unit.

Placed some bread in the oven to bake.

Grabbed some smoked Swiss Cheese out of the frig.(OU812 suggested this on a Pastrami I did last week so I'm using it here)

Sliced...

Smoke is rolling out!

20 Minutes later... Meat is done

Time to slice some bread

Buttered the bread and place into a hot skillet.

Next placed a liberal amount of brisket on the bread.

Then I placed some peppers...

Smoked Swiss Cheese and Woeber's Hot and Spicy Mustard

Placed the lid on top.

Plated! Let's Eat!!

Enjoy!!!

Speechless!

I could slam that right now! Good job.

Looks terrific.  I pretty much have to do that but (after Bigbird's post) thinking that adding some pulled pork (and maybe a pickle slice or two) wouldn't hurt.

That is one great looking Sandwich Mark. Have you tried the Woebers Horseradish? That is a staple in our fridge and the secret ingredient in our deviled eggs.
