STC got me drooling so much at work last night with his pics of beans that when I got off at midnight I stopped at the store and got the ingredients to copy them. ::)
I already had the cs ribs thawing in the fridge at home and had mixed up jans rub yesterday. so these were going to be a perfect addition to my family dinner tonight.
Put the Jans on the ribs when I got home, covered and back into the fridge.
I have planned to do the 3-2-1, but the size of these things may change my timing a bit. Started an hour earlier than I had originally planned.

Ribs are in the FL and I'm pulling the bacon and sausage to start the beans. Those are just going in my roaster.

sorry no other pics we got the 4 yr old granddaughter today for a week of swimming lessons and i have not been able to sit.
Asked her parents tonight when they were comming to get her? :o
not that bad, but its been a while since we have had a toddler in the house 24/7 and zi do believe it is going to be a long-fun week.
