small butt overnight?

3 and a half lb butt to smoke and pull. never done one that small or a load that small. can i put it in over night  if i put in about 9 or 10 night before? just got my order of CT and swamp venom . has to be good. thanks GS

Those small ones can fool you big time. Sometimes thhey cruise right past the stall temp of 160 to 165 or so and get done way earlier than you expect. Do you have a remote with an alarm?

I've done a few that size with a cabinet temp of 210 - 220 and they hit an IT of 165 - 170 in about 4 - 5 hours. So keep an eye on it it'll probably get done sooner than you think.

just an update, rubbed with swamp venom and CT in smoker at 7 am and hit 205 at 7 pm. pulled really easy but next time will use more rub, a little more heat. sorry no pics, but did happen. no stall just a slow rise.
