Almost forgot to take pics of the end product and everything was almost gone. Also I was going to finish the ribz with sauce for the last hour at my mother's house but her Gasser was out of gas.  :'(  That's why the ribs look all naturale. We made a sauce on the side with the goodness of the apple juice and rib goodness that was in the foil packets after the second phase of the cook. Here are the pics.  :)
