For some reason I am wore out. I think I remembered to take a couple pictures today. Making sure there was enough food was my priority. There is only ONE RULE when you come to our house to eat!!

You will have to ask the folks that attended what that rule is!!

Day 1.

Time to unload/set up..

Break time.

The beer wagon (Hal) shows up.

Brisket prep (gunpowder rub).

Zach's on the Wagyu brisket.

A little more for good measure.

Time to fire the Bradleys.

Ready to go.

The Traeger is puffing away on the other brisket.

Rib prep time.

Tiny Tim, KyNola and OU812 are guarding the truck.

Waa Laa!  St Louis cut spares.

Snack time.  We took the rib trimmings and 10.5 put a liberal application of Soileau's and Meadow Creek rub on them.

Into the MAK.  Hot & Fast.

Standard issue can huggers for everyone.   Personalized as well!

Out come the rib trimmings.

And the moonshine.   :o :o

Hammer time.  (Nepas broke out some sausage as well)

Moonshine?? What Moonshine?? That was some Distilled Water from a N.C. Spring. They just don't put it in plastic bottles like the yuppies do!!!

Day 2.

Larry and I arrive to check on the briskets/ribs (10.5 has already been up since 4am).

Tri-tip prep time.

(more gunpowder, then piled into the MAK)

Meanwhile, the Bradley USA guys show up.

CRG gets started on his Cilantro Potato Salad.

Hal picked up some goodies at the locker plant.   Ginormous beef short ribs.

(and I start working on 3 pounds of bacon for the potato salad)

CRG and Hal straining 10 pounds of sliced/boiled potatoes, while everyone else looks on (from a safe distance)

Time to pull the tri-tips.

And into the cooler. (with some fancy new Bradley towels)

Ribs are done!

Seemore gets one of the testers.

More folks are arriving all the time..

(dman4505, smokingthemidwest, cobra6223 and the Bradley guys)

Hal picked up some smoked porkchops from the clearance bin at the locker plant.   So we hit them with even more smoke.

The natives are getting restless (and hungry), so it is time to break out some food.

Hal goes to town cutting up the ribs.

It's Wagyu time!  Just a quick peek before it goes into FTC for a short rest.

Meanwhile, Hal starts cutting up the tri-tips.

CRG starts assembling his Cilantro Potato Salad.

The short ribs are looking interesting.    Hal boats them with some Amish BBQ sauce he picked up. (and the foil drippings from various meats)

Traeger brisket goes under the knife next.

Everyone starts digging in on the sides and appys.

The 'trimming table' attracts quite a crowd of onlookers. (and snackers)

CRG continues on the salad.

OU812 starts shucking corn.

Hal and CRG move the potatoes to a much bigger mixing bowl.  (turkey fryer)

I poke my head in the door for a quick shot of the spread before it is demolished.

Salad is ready.

Time to break out the featured attraction.

Meanwhile, I remember the short ribs in the Traeger.

Corn is ready, and the dinner bell is rang. (more like everyone ate in shifts, then wandered back in for more)

More to come later.   We've got to load up and hit the road in a bit.
