This is some pics of Our (CRG, OU812, Nepas, and hal4uk) saturday morn road trip.

Like it was said we made it up to Chris's Locker Plant that he use's (Edgewood) but

got no pics as I lost intrest real quick when I found out they had no pork bellies. On

the way back we stopped at the "Field of Dreams" movie site. "Field of Dreams" is one

of my favorite movies so it was a fun place for me to stop. Here's some standard pics.

Here's Nepas playing his part in the movie. After 4 big misses, We decided to rename the

place "Field of Not". ;D Not even coming close to hitting the ball. Was fun to watch him in Action.

Walked out to the Corn Field ..................

........... and I thought I heard water running. Do they water corn? No, but wait ......

Hal does. ;D

OU812

Taby would have loved to swing a bat on that field.

She would even have enjoyed pitching as there was no mound.

Just found one of the resident BBQ Buddy...   Roxy. (not 100% sure of the spelling)

She even got a scrap of Wagyu that hit the deck when Chris was slicing it..

Happy Dog!

OU812

Just dont call her Roxann,,,,,,,,,,,,youll get an ear full from the yard apes.  :o  ;D

Roxie or Roxy was a sweetheart.

After you guys left, we were standing around talking and the kids were

playing in the sand box. They had molds they packed with sand and were

trying to line them up around the edge of the sand box. Roxie would sit

there and wait for them to finish one and she would run up and bite it in half.

She would get a mouth full of sand but it made her no never mind. She would

do it every time.

We're way ahead of ya!!!
(If the FIVE MIL don't max out Sonny's credit card...)

We're gonna bulldoze the dinky walk-up gift shop and build a "YOU'RE LEAVING HERE PENNILESS" Extravaganza...
Gifts, BBQ, Baseballs, BBQ, bats, BBQ, gloves, BBQ, toys, BBQ, cotton candy, BBQ, banjo players, BBQ...
We're gonna hire Hooter's gals to give tours of the house -- $10/head...
Maybe get us a couple of dueling Ferris wheels -- $10/head...
Gonna put a shootin' gallery in the big ole RED BARN out back -- $10/head...
(authentic bullets hand-signed by Kevin Costner --- $50 each!)
Casino in the loft (in case they have leftover cash)...
Fireworks stand....
Boiled peanuts...

"Hey -- y'all wanna SEE back there where Shoeless Joe hides in the corn?
Hay rides through the cornfield!!!!
$10/head

And MUCH MUCH MORE...

Me & Sonny are just gonna sit on the porch...
Drinkin' Maker's, forging Kevin Costner's signature, and countin' our money.
Awrighten!!!

Hal you would be better off letting Sonny drive the Buggy through the corn field. After a few Makers you would have one of them Corn Mazes for folks to wonder around and get lost in. $10 to get in and a $100 non refundable deposit for you to come rescue them when they get lost.

Mrs here.  It took me a couple days, but i finally got settled down to post the pictures.
First, our 'Home Sweet Home' at River View Ridge:

Here are some of the pictures from Saturday.  Let's begin with our EXCELLENT host:

And the Mrs, working diligently behind the scenes with her helpers:

Yet, all the while,Vicki worried that there would not be enough food....

And that was just one of MANY tables loaded down with FOOD!
Here are the party animals.
These two, clearly up to no good

Double trouble:

Looking for trouble:

Just plain IS trouble:

Who needs Makers Mark when you have homemade hooch???

Who let HIM in?

Good times to be together, making great memories:

With our bellies full, and a TON of memories to go with, we ended our Smokeout:

Thanks to ALL who made this Smokeout a BLAST!
When we finally got home on Sunday, our last picture summed up how we felt:
