New to the forum

Hi everyone, my name is Rick. I have had my Bradley Smoker since last Christmas and have used it several times. I have done, chicken, sausages, salmon and pork chops. I look forward to expanding my horizons with my smoker. Any recipes or tips would be greatly appreciated.
