Where there's smoke, there's food.

Thanks for the welcome!

I have the bradley original smoker with the Auber PID controller and I really like the setup.  I have made a few briskets, chickens, a turkey, multiple racks of ribs, fish, jerky, and pork butts so far and look forward to many more smokes.  Just did a turkey this past weekend and picking up some loin backs at the locker this week for this weekends smoke.

I will ask a lot of questions I'm sure as I like to try new things!

The meat locker/butcher.  There are a few in the area but one has them beat.  Best prices (and quality) for briskets, ribs, etc.

I call in my order, they butcher, and I pick up fresh.
