Here's what we woke up to in Council Bluffs Iowa after six plus inches of rain last night

South side of the yard:

That was one hell of a storm, at about 3 AM the hail hit here wasnt sure my windows were gonna make it. The winds were amazingly strong too, lost a bunch of branshes,,,,,,,,,,again.

WOW !!! I know that ain't fun...that water is really coming through that wall..you sure are gonna have your work cut out for you...not good...

It's all ground water coming up through the floor and edges of the wall.
Can't figure out how to seal it myself, so it looks like no Christmas this year need to save up and call in the experts.

Judging by the picture, if the only time you have a problem with the basement leaking is when your whole yard is flooded, then there really is no fix needed for the basement.  The problem is drainage from the yard.

Got home last night and I had over 3" in my rain gauge.

Seen the news last night and they showed some neighborhoods in CB that had 3'....... thats

THREE FOOT of water in them.
