Hello from Orkney Scotland

Hello All.
been lurking here for a few weeks now and just got my new digital four rack a couple of weeks ago. New to smoking and this place is a gold mine, all the info you could wish for. Will be starting off small but hope to work up to the scale some of you guys are at. No doubt there will be many crys for help but its all good fun.
