Hello I am Kevin from Southwest Florida. I used to own a round Brinkman smoker but did not take it with me when I moved. I have been looking for a smoker for the last couple of weeks and was heading towards buying a vertical charcoal smoker tonight. Then the craigslist fairies stepped in and I found a OBS that was supposedly only used 3 times. I emailed right away and drove 60 miles to look at it and the unit truly looked like it was used 2-3 times (racks are barely seasoned and it was very clean) I ended up walking away with the smoker 5 full boxes of 48 ct bisquettes and two partial for $50. It hasn't been plugged in yet but for the price I was willing to risk it. Tomorrow I will try to do trial run with it and make sure everything is working right. Then hopefully if all goes well I will be smoking something Saturday.
