Great Job - I just did Char Sui a few weeks back and I gave some to my oriental neighbors.... They loved it!  The next weekend I got a knock on my door and they brought me over more than a dozen fresh out of the fryer egg rolls!!!
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

I gave some to my neighbors as well! (Korean) I'm hoping for some reciprocation as well,
