Well my KC is south. My wife said i told you to mark all the sides of the boxes just in case you need something  :o DUH

So instead of GB Jerky my neighbor is getting jerky sticks.

Oh yeah via my Cabelas 80L   ;D

Turned out pretty good and the cutter works good to.

Those look good Rick.
I sure like mine drier then mine turned out. They look dry but the fat content keeps them from getting much drier. I have been toying with a way of getting some of the beef fat out of ground meat. I saw a show where they add some vinegar and emulsify the meat in a cold mixer and the fat sticks to the sides and they unload the meat then scrape out the fat. They say they expose it to black light to accomplish this but that might have just been some smoke and mirrors to throw the copy cats off their trail. My brother in law can get some 80/20 but just more fat then I like.

Cuts really smooth. I am looking at some other SS type of blades.

I googled them and they have a lot of styles. Pretty expensive for something so simple of a design. Yours looks pretty sweet though.

Rick

I have access to quite a bit of stainless. Draw me a card board pattern of what you need and I will see what I can do. You can set the pattern on a scanner and copy it into a PDF file and I can print it onto a stiff cardboard paper and make the part.
