Ralphs was having a sale from 1pm to 9pm today. They had untrimmed tri-tips for $1.99lb but there was a limit of two. So I got two of them. One was around $6 and the other around $7. Ended trimming almost 1/4lb of fat but even after the trim they were a really good deal! They looked very fresh.

I rubbed one down with "Bama Red Rub" and the other with a "Sweet Heat" seasoning that I both just got from GusRobin. Then vac sealed and off into the chest freezer for another day ;)
