Started with this


Rubbed with JB Fatboys Sweet rub, then into fridge over night.


Heating element went bad on obs, good thing father in law let me borrow his dbs


Then off to game with my boy.



More pics to come soon. Should be ready by noon tomorrow

Yes, I feel BUTT raped. Usually get them at sams, but hyvee was 1 minute away and sams 30 minutes. Boneless was 2.99

27 Hours later,  mmmm good. Whole thing ate in 10 minutes.








Found these at Walmart, 2 racks for less than $15, so I threw em in the cart. Decided to try butter and brown sugar( thanks to whoever posted that idea)

Lol, u live in council bluffs, youre practically a Nebraskan:P
Lookin foward to a new tradition with Iowa. Thanksgiving and beating Iowa in the same week, might as well smoke a bird to make it the perfect weekend.

Butt was awesome, ribs are about ready for late night snack
