Oh man oh man....last year for THANKSGIVING I had 3 walk out into the shooting lane.  I had to double check, but turns out shooting a turkey on Thanksgiving is still illegal in Louisiana.

If ya do decide to whack 'em, save them feathered wings in your freezer for me.  I'm always on the lookout for feathers.

Well darned, I was hoping to get some feathers.  Oh well, still got some goose ones trimmed up to use for now.

I live in the city but nobody told the turkeys.  About a mile from my house I counted 18 turkeys this afternoon.
