Sweet Bread!!!

Only took me 3 days! Half the time it took the Lord to make the world....
(maybe I didn't schedule so well)

Made from Sonny's sweet bread starter...

Proofed up...

(The house smells like a bakery!)
Hot from the oven...

DEEEEEEEEEEE-LICIOUS! Thanks, Sonny!!

Smoked two butts overnight... Having BBQ sliders after while!
(and beans are baking too... hoooooo-ooooooow!)

Ditto on lost that bet! Hal, you sure you didn't go buy those rolls? Looks way to professionally done to me. Sister Schubert makes up some moghty fine rolls. No shame in using those. ;) Awesome job Hal.

Rounded up some usual suspects..

Chopped and fried some bacon with onions & peppers & usual suspects...

Tossed in some Bush's Best (they wuz out of their "Average") baked beans..
Added some extra brown sugar...
