My sausage making is going to come to an end here in the North East of PA.

I thought i would share some stick making with you. The slim jims were done in a few different smokers. Bradley, Smokehouse, little wood smoker a friend gave me and my MAK.

Some Thoughts on you leaving NEPA.

The Bad ones:

Your grocery store meat market is gonna have to lay off a butcher.

The guys that supply you with the geese for your goose sausage are

gonna have to fly south.

Your friends will miss a great neighbor.

You will be missing a lot of freepas.

No snow! ;D

On the UP Beat:

Vidalia Onions (SWEET)

Georgia Peaches (and I mean all kinds ;D)

Just a little sneaux.

Things are a little cheaper in the South.

You get to try making alligator and Gar sausage.

Maybe deer hunting in shorts.

Come on, we are waiting for ya.

jk, we will all be sorry to see rick and chrystal move, no more smokeouts for us to attend. :(
but i'm happy they are moving where they want to be and hope all the best for them. :)
it was great getting to meet them and call them friends, you guys in ga are getting a great couple and
will enjoy the times you spend with them. :)
i'm looking fwd to seeing the pics from the first sega smokeout, i know it will be a good one. :)

pens, that's the only thing that gets in a hurry in the south is the hurrycanes.

We''ll get Rick some Bubba coveralls and He will fit right in, right after we

Unhappy to hear your leaving hoped to attend one of your smoke outs. But on the bright things when I'm in the south I dont miss much here other then friends and family. South has every thing else beat in my mind. Hope things go good for you and you really enjoy the life style! I know I do! Will be looking forward to your stories. Good Luck!
