What's For Breakfast Today?

I Love OU812 lunch thread, and I love to eat Breakfast.

I don't everyday, but at least 3 to 4 times a week I fix a nice Breakfast.

Here's today's breakfast.

SRG grilled New York Strip Steaks seasoned with Salt Grass Steak House seasoning.

I used the 3/3/2/2/ method like I do on the Bubba Keg. (Faster than frying Bacon)

3 scrambled eggs with salt/pepper and a dash of Starnes, buttered toast with

Sweet Potato Pecan Butter and juicy cantaloupe.

That Sweet Potato Pecan Butter is a party in your mouth.

Man is it good. Can't wait to try it on some Flaky Biscuits.

Might take a couple spoon fulls and give it a short warm up.

Bet it would work as a topping for a bowl of Ice Cream.

Had some place to be this morning (saturday) and fixed me a "to go" breakfast.

Simple and easy.

Buttered hamburger bun skillet toasted.

Took the meat from a smoked ribs, chopped and wrapped
up in a damp paper towel and nuked. Added some Starnes.

Fried ringed a crack yoke egg, peppered and a slice of cheese.

Took about 5 minutes! Ready to go out the door.

So What did you have for breakfast?

Had me some sausage, egg and cheese biskets topped with a hevy dose of Soileau's. ;D

Now off to the car show. 8)
