My first ribs... (Used 3-2-1)

Used a dry rub and spritzed with apple juice once every half hour. Moved the ribs around the smoker every time I opened it up.

The ribs were amazing! Even better the next day. Have a brisket to try this weekend - can't wait.



You got any proof of all that your talking about. You know, in the form of PICS. :). Well I guess it didn't happen ;) :) :D
