Bradley Ring Bologna

Here is 6 lbs of 25 i am doing for my neighbor.

He likes this mix.







Stuffed, ringed and tied.



In at 130 for 2 hours no smoke. PID from 140 thru 170 with only 3 hours of smoke.


Rack at bottom to catch any ring that might get a string malfunction  :o

Rick you never cease to amaze me and a lot of other people !!! ;D, That looks so good I want to reach through the screen and take a bite,  ok RING. You know I would appreciate the recipe.
Good luck on the move and don't worry it take long to make new friends, one smoke and you'll have all the firends you want .Thanks for sharing Rick.

Another mighty fine job by the Sausage Master himself.  Your neighbor is really going to miss you however I bet your new neighbor will love you.   ;D

I don't know for sure but they look to be pretty close to 38 to 40 MM casing.  Just taking a SWAG at it.
