Economics!   Takes 4 2oz bottles of Green Tabasco for 3 pounds of Blazin' Pistachios.   Those are almost $2.75/pop around here.  So $10 in sauce alone for each batch.

The gallon jug delivered was right at 50 bucks.    Half is for KyNola.

That there bottle on green sauce will do 48 pounds of Pistachios,,,,,,,just enough to pass out to all your friends.  ;D

Now you better get yourself a gallon bottle of jalapenos.  ;)

I checked at lunch, and it is $1.50 for the 2oz up the street.  I got screwed at the other place...   >:(

Still, it is almost 1/2 price getting it by the gallon.   And it comes in a cool moonshine jug.   8)

Now I need a 5 gallon bucket of Jalapenos...

And a car seat.

Yeah, I need to find something to do with the jala byproducts!   Maybe I'll trade them to the cafeteria lady.

Refill the jap jar that still has the pickled japs in it with white vinegar.  Just keep replenishing as needed.  Have been doing that for years.  Works just fine. 8)
