Got a couple more to cut open today...    One from Amazon.



BuyLowSellHigh posted about these bags late last year, and I finally got around to ordering some, as I left my gallon/quart supply up at the MWSO.   They are really nice!     I've been using the Weston quarts for a couple weeks now, and the gallons just showed up this week.  Good price, heavy duty, and free shipping to boot.

I had some Slap Ya Momma White Pepper tossed in the order just because.

Case of bottled water fits under the lid, w/ room to spare..




Half-sheet foil pans lining the bottom.   Had to squish them just a bit, I'm sure the Cambro pans are designed to fit better.  There is 8+ inches of clearance from the bottom to the lid.   Tons of room.




Heavy duty latches on all 4 corners.






This thing is built like a tank.   Shipping weight was 21 pounds.



They are stackable.



And a rarity these days...    MADE IN THE USofA!

I would use the sink and some Dawn................cheaper that way.  ;D
