Didn't even bother to waste electrons taking pics.
Started out to cook a 16lb turkey on the SRG. Took it out of the fridge this morning and it was still a bit frozen so I put it in water. Put it on at 3:00. At 5:00  the maverick was reading 140 then all of a sudden went to 200. So I went and moved it around and it was reading 165-170. took the Turkey out even though I thought it was too early. sliced it and found out the part that was near the bottom and near the center was not done. Obviously the turkey was still partially frozen when I put it in.

The good news --skin came out great, the part that was done was great and I made some outstanding gravy.
