Spicy chicken wings

I sauced up some wings last week.



But never got around gettin them cooked, so I threw them in the freezer till this weekend.

Thawed them out.



Rinsed them off and hung to dry wile the smoker heated up.





In the smoker with 2 hr Apple.



After the smoke they went straight in the warmed TBE. A few min later.





Lunch time!

Yes Sir that TBE does one heck of a job on wings and legs, that's the only way we do them anymore...

Yes sir,,,,,,The Bradley and TBE are the way to cook poultry by far.

I dont hardly use my grill now that I have TBE.

I cook my steaks on TBE also.  ;)

I like that trick. Smokem in the TBE rack then go right into the TBE/ SRG.

Cause this hot sauce is damn hot.  ;D

And didnt want to over do the hot,,,,will leave it on next time,,,,as I didnt even break a sweat eatin these,,,,did get the lips a burning though.  :o
