Veron's Pork and Crawfish Sausage

Sonny brought us all some of this sausage...
It comes 3 to a package. I used one in some quick beans and rice I made last night.
Grilled the other two tonight, sliced on top of some of the leftover beans and rice...
DADGUM... It's GOOOOD STUFFFFF...
