Well at least at my house! ;D

My Neighbor asked me to smoke a Turkey for him and his lovely wife.

His wife seasoned it to her likings and we put it in the smoker.

I put the turkey into the lower unit (Bradley 6 Rack) and ....

I decided to do some chicken that I purchased yesterday.

The Chicken I will put in the upper unit.

I will apply 2.5 hours of smoke using Hickory.

What the heck - every time I turn around someone has the door open.

I started out with 14 legs and two split chickens.

Looking lonely. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

I'll add the few legs that are still hanging around.

Now that looks better!
