Got some Soileaus Cajun Seasoning, Tried it out by lickin the back of my hand and sprinklin it on there and lappin that up, Said to myself thats not so hot, split second later the heat kicked in and it was a medium high heat but perfectly balanced. More heat than I was expectin but a excellent blend and can't wait to try it on some Meats.
Second, STC sent some Soileaus Chili Seasoning, I love chili and might have to make some up this weekend if I have time.

Third he sent some Starns Bar-B-Q sauce that I have never tried and cant wait to smother Dab on a steak Sammy or a big ole T-bone.
