Hi all!

I'm a Norwegian born and raised guy who's been hit hard by the "smoking bug". I simply can't keep myself from visiting the butcher shop multiple times each week to test out "new" cuts of meat on my recently acquired Bradley Original Smoker. I typically get a lot of grief about my impulse purchases but I have to say that my wife has been absolutely great about this one as long as I serve up some goodies on a weekly basis.  ;D
So far I have to say that the good 'ol brisket has been my favorite, prepared with a different rub each time. What's your preferred brand of rub for briskets out there?

Looking forward to tons of great cookin'!

For Brisket my GO TO rubs are Gunpowder and Zacks brisket rub.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Hi Andre and welcome to the forum.  I usually just throw together a rub when I need it.
