Turbo Butts .......... NO Low and Slow Today

Wanted to do a couple butts today, but I didn't want to spend the night with them.

9 1/2lb'er with Cajun Injector Creole Butter





Seasoned with Tony's "More Spice"



8 1/2 lb'er (no injection) seasoned with Billy Bob's Que "Pulled Pork Seasoning"



5 hours of Hickory and PID set at 260*





After about an hour put these on the top rack to catch some smoke for two hours.





They are done.



At the 6 hour mark the Butts were 166* and 159* and taking on a nice color.

I never had a bad butt. ;D   Some were just better than others.

The IT will be close enough to call it quits.

Kinda funny but the top one is cooking faster than the bottom one.
