Wish I could always remember. Usually start eating or serving and forget. When I do i usually have to get it with a phone pic. I have a very good camera. Will try and do better. :(

Sorry for the delay in the finish pics.

My Daughter came into town And I have been busy making Sausage.

At 10:30 last nite (after 9 1/2 hrs of turbo for 18lbs of butts) they went to FTC.

8 1/2 lb'er

9 1/2 lb'er

Took them out of FTC at 1:00 and muscle pulled them.

8 1/2 lb'er

9 1/2 lb'er the injected model

They got bagged to allow the flavors to mix and will get pulled tomorrow and vac-pak'ed.
