LEM Backwoods Fresh Sausage "Maple" ................ To Go!

The Company my  Daughter is a part owner in had a seminar in Houston.

After visiting everyone else, I get the end of the visit so I can take her to the Airport.

Fixed her Breakfast this morning. 2 fried eggs (don't tell her I use a little bacon grease),

grilled kielbasa sausage,buttered toast and sweet potato and pecan preserves. She loved it!

She help me make 8 lbs of maple sausage.



We stuffed it into 1 lb bags.



Took her on to the Airport for a 3:30 check in. She is a sweetie.
