UPS just dropped of the new knives I ordered. These are from the company that makes "Shun" knives. It is their product line that they sell in Japan. Now I know they are not German but appear to be quality knives. I seen them selling from $169 to $279 for the set of four. I picked them up for $99 shipped ;D

Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

Nice looking weapons. I wonder what the smooth handles will be like when covered with goo. Slippery?
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

They look like they will work well.  If the handles are to smooth...maybe rough them up a bit with a sander?
