First brisket

Doing my first brisket today. I rubbed it down with cym and zachs brisket rub. Going to let it sit for 12-14 hours with the rub on and do an overnight smoke with 4 hours of Jim beam pucks. Will post more pics along the way. I do have to say I tried a little bit of that zachs rub and it tasted great!

I had the same problem when I uploaded straight from my phone using tapatalk. Dont know why either. Sure someone will know and let us know. Anyway, at least you got some pics up, which is what we like. Keep'm coming.  :)

I am on my home computer and they are still small.  I am thinking that when they were uploaded they were uploaded as thumbnail instead of best for email or full.

Guess the picture size is still messed up. Worked fine posting pictures via tapatalk a few days ago....?

Pulled out this morning...went a lot quicker than I expected. It only took 11 hours. Now ftc for awhile.
