It took a lot of self control to leave one of the Mexican Chorizo links I grilled last night as a left over  ::)

Cut up the links and sliced some jalapeno pepper rings.  Added a little onion, a few scrambled eggs, fresh ground black pepper and some smoked marble jack cheese.

Almost ready.

Served with toasted four cheese Italian bread (one butter, one cream cheese) and orange wedges.

Arnie - you're killing me!

You oughta be on DDD!

Other than that orangey looking stuff - that looks like something that would fit on a warmed up flour tortilla real well!

Sandy - Sorry, the Chorizo wasn't home made.  I did get some tequila for home made Chorizo but ran out before starting the sausage  :'(

Caney - The orange stuff (that I think you're referring to) is part of the marble jack.  It's orange and white.  Mild but not bad.

Arnie, I was trying to be funny about the orange wedges not being ideal for putting on a tortilla.  I've been making some breakfasts very similar.  My folks brought me about 40 pounds of sausage from Kreuz's.  Put that on a tortilla, lay some slice avocado on top along with some sliced japs and salsa!!!!!!!!!
